These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GoSupportIt, operated by Digital Vibes GmbH. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
GoSupportIt helps teams collect feedback, manage public boards, handle votes and comments, and share product roadmap updates. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
Accounts and Organizations
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account or organization. If you think your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly.
Public Boards and User Content
You retain responsibility for the content you submit to GoSupportIt, including ticket text, comments, tags, names, and other information you choose to provide. If you post to a public board, that content may be visible to other users and visitors.
You must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, malicious, misleading, or sensitive information that you do not have the right to share. You should not use the service to upload secrets, payment card data, health data, or other highly sensitive material unless we have expressly agreed in writing to support that use case.
Acceptable Use
You may not use GoSupportIt to interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, scrape private data, send spam, distribute malware, or violate the rights of others. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that create risk for the service, our users, or third parties.
Your Data and Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that we use third-party providers including Clerk for authentication, Convex for backend infrastructure, and analytics tools such as DataFast and Vercel Analytics.
Service Changes and Availability
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. While we aim for reliable availability, GoSupportIt is provided on an ongoing basis without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Intellectual Property
GoSupportIt and its software, branding, and design are owned by Digital Vibes GmbH or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or our intellectual property to you.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created legal or security risk, or used the service in a harmful way.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make warranties that the service will meet every requirement, be available at all times, or prevent every loss, incident, or unauthorized action by third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Digital Vibes GmbH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of GoSupportIt.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you use the service for free, that amount is zero.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may post the updated version on the site or notify users through the service. Continued use of GoSupportIt after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
